秋季ゼミ合宿

こんにちは。
うまとらです。

先週一週間は商学部デー並びに早稲田祭開催期間のため、大学院はお休みです。
久々にのんびりした一週間を過ごしました。

週末は、秋季ゼミ合宿。
１泊２日で幕張のＯＶＴＡに行ってきました。
合宿の内容はビジネスゲームです。

３班に分かれて第７期までやりました。
うまとらのチームは準備不足のため、第１期からずっと赤字。
第４期から債務超過。
第７期でやっと営業黒字が出ましたが、経常収支で赤字。
でも、もう１班が資金ショート２回連続で破産処分になった
ため２位で終了。

管理会計上の利益計算、ＣＶＰや製品別原価計算を事前にしていれば状況は
違ってたんでしょうけどね・・・。
他班は前日に３時間もしっかり打ち合わせをやっていたらしいです。
何事にも準備は重要ですね。

診断士業界でも有名なＴ教授にご指導を頂きました。
修士論文についての説明があり、１２月に研究計画書を提出しなければならないとのことです。
そろそろ真面目にテーマ選定と先行研究調査をする必要がありますね。

日曜日のお昼に終了したのですが、その後は家でのんびり。
すっかり水曜日の経営戦略の課題をやるのを忘れてしまいました。
日曜日に終わらせないとつらいんですよね。
でも現実逃避をしちゃいました。
今日から頑張ります。
